Bosch Intelligent Manufacturing launches a new seawater purification system designed specifically for hydrogen production
Recently, BMG is actively testing a new seawater purification technology designed specifically for hydrogen production, which has been put into operation at the Fraunhofer IWES Hydrogen Laboratory in Bremen, Germany. This technology aims to adapt to complex marine environments and demonstrate enormous potential in the field of sustainable hydrogen production.
This innovative system has successfully processed 10000 liters of ultrapure water, which can be converted into 1 ton of hydrogen gas through electrolysis process. The system adopts mechanical vapor compression distillation technology, combined with innovative anti scaling system and electro deionization technology, without the use of chemical consumables, which helps environmental protection and reflects high sustainability.
